BACKGROUND
Since WeWork’s inception, wework.com existed as a marketing website with the main conversion in the form of leads and booked tours.
Users interested in purchasing space were required to either submit a form to get a call back from the sales team or to book an in-person tour at the WeWork location of interest.
This multi-step process spanning digital and physical touch points created a high barrier of entry; the inability to transact online led to unnecessarily long sales cycles and lost opportunities.
The Growth Tech team set out to completely redesign the core conversion flow of wework.com, evolving from a marketing brochure into an end-to-end commerce flow that allows users the ability to complete purchases of workspace online.
